Our WCGC Birthday Party includes an hour of semi-structured gym time utilizing a bouncin’ inflatable, warped wall, bouldering wall, ninja obstacles, foam pit, in-ground trampoline, and more! We can also organize group games on the big floor upon request.

You will then go to our party room for 30 minutes. Our staff will serve your birthday treat and drink, organize the gift opening, and handle all the clean up. We will even give you a list of what gifts were received and by whom. All cups, plates, napkins, and forks are included in your package. We will also supply goody cups for your guests.

The Basic Birthday Party Package is for up to 15 children and costs $289. The Super Party Package for 16-25 children and costs $389. Full payment is due at booking. There are NO refunds. If you need to reschedule the birthday party for any reason, there is a $50 rebooking fee.

A list of the guests attending is due by the Monday prior to the party.

We have party invites you can pick up at the front desk or we can email you an electronic copy to print yourself.

Adults will be allowed in the main gym and party room with the party. Adults are NOT allowed on the gym equipment during the party.

All party guests must have an electronic waiver on file at WCGC prior to the party date.

Our parties are best for children for ages 4 through 11.
