ENROLLMENT
Enroll: Our online registration system is the quickest way for current customers to register and is available year round. You can also register in person or over the phone if you would like us to help you with the process. WCGC is a year-round school with no long term commitments. You may enroll or cancel at any time. Tuition is prorated in weekly increments based on your enroll and un-enroll dates and our vacation & billing calendar on this page!
Year-Round Monthly Tuition: Tuition is paid monthly year-round. You are only charged for the number of classes that we have scheduled for each month…this could be 3, 4, or 5 times during the month (see billing calendar). Tuition is automatically paid monthly via direct debit from any major credit or debit card on the 15th day of the (preceding) month. Declined payments (expired card, etc.) must be remedied on or before the 20th day of the month or you risk losing your class spot to a waiting student.
We Do Not Invoice: Monthly tuition reminders will NOT be sent. We will notify you by email if your tuition is unable to process or is not received.
Manual Payment Option: To opt out of direct debit, simply pay your tuition using any alternative method of payment at least 24 hours in advance of the 15th and your card on file will not be charged.
NSF Checks: If you pay WCGC with a check and you have NSF fee you are responsible for any bank fee charged from your bank as well as a $25 fee charged by WCGC. This will be added to your account and you will be contacted to pay this fee.
NO Annual Registration Fee: WCGC Gymnastics will no longer be charging an annual registration fee for classes.
DISCOUNTS
25% Multiple Class Discount*: Same student, multiple classes
*Discounts do not apply to camps, open gyms, or other special events. Multiple class discount is for the class and team program only. Maximum discount is 25%.
15% Sibling Discount:* Sibling discount is intended for families who have multiple kids in our programs. The highest monthly tuition is full price and additional tuition’s are discounted at 15% off.
CANCEL ENROLLMENT, CHANGING CLASSES
JOINING: Enroll anytime.
CHANGING class day, time, or program is permitted at any time during your enrollment as long as there is room in the desired class. Tuition increases could apply. No refunds or credits will be given when transferring an enrollment. Your tuition will simply be transferred to the new class or program.
CANCEL ENROLLMENT: To cancel enrollment from class, you must submit your request to cancel in email at [email protected]. You may also stop at the front desk and speak with our office manager between the hours of 4:00-7:00pm Monday -Thursday and Saturdays from 9:00 am to Noon. Please understand that once classes are paid for… no refunds or credits will be granted.
SCHEDULE CHANGES: WCGC reserves the right to change, combine, or cancel classes based on enrollment. We will contact you if this situation should arise and work with you to find another class. A full refund will be granted if your class is changed to a new time or cancelled and we cannot find a class time that works with your schedule.
MEDICAL REASONS: For medical conditions validated by a medical practitioner’s written statement, a prorated credit will be issued based upon the date the statement was received (requests after-the-fact eliminate WCGC’s opportunity to fill a vacated class spot). Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
MAKE UP POLICY*
MAKING UP A CLASS is allowed once per month. The make up class needs to be scheduled at the front desk or requested online. The child will only be allowed to make up in a class that is the same level of their current class as long as there is availability in the class. An open gym pass is available for use as a make up class. The make up class/open gym pass must be made/used within 60 days of the missed class. There will be no making up a missed make up classes. A student MUST be actively enrolled in classes to be eligible for a make up/ open gym pass.
*Make up classes are not available for our team program, high school gymnastics classes, camps, or open gyms.
